Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing:

Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves our company as legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a particular processing purpose.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a contract or precontractual measures of which the contracting party is the person concerned, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR.
If our company is subject to a legal obligation, which requires the processing of personal data, such as the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR.
Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
Processing operations, which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal bases refer to this legal base when the processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party providing the interests, basic rights and fundamental freedom of the data subject do not predominate. We are permitted to perform such processing operations because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator.

Legitimate interest in the processing that will be pursued by the controller or a third party

If the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest is to carry out our business. The purpose of our organization is to promote development cooperation in all areas of health care, to contribute to international understanding, and to promote charitable purposes.

Contract data, declaration of consent, communication data.
You submitted the data from the mentioned data categories to us.

Period of storage:

The deletion of the data takes place according to the legal storage periods or after 3 years after the last contact. If you have objected to the processing of your personal data, the data will be deleted immediately.

Rights of the data subject:

If the legal requirements prerequisites are fulfilled, you are entitled to the following rights under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR:
Right to information, correction, deletion, limitation of the processing, data portability.

Moreover, according to Art. 13 II lit. b in conjunction with Art. 21 GDPR, you are entitled to a right of objection to data processing based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR.
